Our niche firm was established in 2000 and we have been specializing in conveyancing and property related matters. We have formed very solid working relationships with existing clients and through our commitment to treat all clients with respect, we have built up an interesting and varied client base where we can comfortably deal with property transfers at the high end of the market as well the individual transfers for the first time home owner.

Elsje Sophia Swanepoel is the sole proprietor of this firm. She qualified as attorney in 1996, was admitted by the High Court of South Africa as Conveyancer in 1996 and as Notary Public in 1998.

Through our carefully balanced combination of knowledge, our innovative approach to imminent changes in the property market and the different and very important needs of all our clients together with almost 25 years' experience in the conveyancing field, we have advanced our capabilities as conveyancing firm and you can be assured of the best and most professional service at all times.
